My body is aching all over because of all the walking during the trip. I think it will last for at least three days before the ache will go away. Gosh, i really should start exercising regularly.
贝 and i took leave today to send our car for servicing and to rest at home after the long trip. I'm only back for a day from Cameron Highland and i'm already missing the weather there. Given the hot weather in JB, it may not be a bad idea to stay in Cameron Highland despite the rural lifestyle.
So, about the trip. Well, i seriously don't know what to think of the trip. It was really an adventure, not really because of the places we visited but the encounters we had. For now, i'll just say that i would have enjoyed the trip more if it were not for some unpleasant events.
The last time i went to Cameron Highland was in Primary Six, and that was really a long time ago. I could hardly remember anything except that we stayed at a low-cost bungalow and there were stories about the place being haunted. Human's mind is a strange thing; the memories that our brains will retain the longest and the clearest tend to be those of intense emotions, such as sadness, anger, or fear. That's perhaps why i could only remember where i stayed during the Primary Six trip to Cameron Highland, but not the places i've visited.
As for this time round, i reckon that many years later, i may not remember the cool air, the lush green mountains, or the taste of the fresh strawberries and veggie, yet the events will stay in my head for a long long time.
I'm simply exhausted now and can hardly keep my eyes open. I'd better stop now before i become incoherent. I'll chronicle the trip in a few parts over the next few days. The posts will probably be graphic intensive because i've taken a lot of pictures during the trip, and picture posts always require more time. So stay tune...
