Yeh, i'm now officially ITIL certified, though it's only foundation level. My score wasn't too good though.
My angmo boss laughed at my result, for his score was 98%. He jokingly said that i must have thought it was very easy and didn't study for it, and i ought to be ashamed of myself. I retorted by calling him a hao lian and showed him another cert of another examination.
Anyway, this cert is sure gonna add value to my resume.
