It was all work and no play for poor Pin Pin.
Well, i did spend an hour in Mid Valley, hoping to get a pair of new boots and some new outfits for CNY. Too bad, i went back to the hotel room empty handed.
Returned to SG on Thursday night, and then worked till 4am to complete up the presentation slides that were needed for the user walkthrough meeting on the following day.
Anyway, the meeting on Friday went well. I made sure big boss knew that i worked overnight to get the things done. See, if i were to work so hard, i'm not gonna do it for nothing. It is always important to make sure that your boss knows about your effort and commitment. So that was exactly what i did.
Four more days to another long break. My CNY leave will start on Friday and last for 10 days. Am really looking forward to it, even though i know that i'll still have to work from home during the CNY holidays.
