Eh~~~ Business class still want to complain?
That day I came back in Economy, full, and worst still-a fat Italy Uncle sitting next to me. Imagine how I tolerate that 12hours? :p
But understood lah! work is work, travel is travel, mood different.

Heh, we gotta put all things into clear perspective. To fly business class for long-haul flight is the policy, which indeed is something good (which is very rare in this company). Yet, the Directors are a bunch of people who waste company's money away for their own gains is a fact as well.
Having a good travel flight policy doesn't make them any less guilty of being bad leaders.
