Everyone in my department was in a bad mood, no thanks to our consultants. We gotta face the disgruntle users and the never-ending system problems everyday, but the sucky attitude of the consultants is simply driving us nuts. It made us wonder why are we paying others to give us shit.
Got the pay slip for June today but didn't see the pay increment in the figures. I wonder if i'm indeed getting it. I really need to see that increment now, not because i'm hard up but i need motivation to continue working. Uh huh, it has gotten that bad at work recently that i really need some incentives to carry on.
Anyway, i've applied for a day leave for Friday. Plan to go shopping before the GST hike. That's a way for me to de-stress too, or rather, to let go some of the fume before i start shouting vulgarities at those who so deserve it.
