Cogito ergo scribo

Had wanted to continue blogging about the treasure hunt but didn't have Internet access on Friday. The telephone line around my home was struck by lightning last week, during the time i was in Port Dickson. The telephone line went dead and our wireless modem/router also malfunctioned.

Surprisingly, TM fixed the line within two days, but we only got to test out the modem on Friday night when we were back in JB. The rain cost us RM275 for a new wireless modem/router. Luckily that was the only device that got damaged by the lightning this time. The last time the fuse tripped after a loud thunder, a few of our electrical appliances were broken.

Went practise our golf swings on Saturday morning, after not touching the golf clubs for at least two months. Uh huh, it has been a long time since our last practise, and even a longer time since my last game on the green. It was either we had other engagement on weekends, or we were too tired to wake up early. Fortunately all our previous hard work in practising our golf swings wasn't entirely lost. Though there was a huge room for improvement, we didn't play as badly as we've thought we would.

The blog on the treasure hunt will resume tomorrow. As much as i don't enjoy writing about trips, i would still have to complete it, albeit in lesser details because of my diminishing memory.

Oh, and that reminds me that i still have one last post on my Kuching trip that happened one year ago, that is if i could still recall anything about it.

Darn, i think i could crown myself as the queen of procrastination.
