But on the same day, there was another fraudulent transaction of RM600+ posted to our bill, and the posting date was after we went to the branch personally to lodge the complaint.
I asked the Customer Service lady, in an extremely unhappy tone, why this kept occurring and whether or not i gotta submit the dispute form again. She then told me that she would add the amount of the new transaction into the reversal for this time, so i didn't have to fill in any more forms. However, she said that if any more such transactions went into the bill again, i would have to follow the procedure and submit the form once again.
I could have lost my temper and insisted that i would take no more such nonsense, but then i knew that there was nothing she could do. The same goes for me. There was nothing i could do too but to wait and see if there are any more such fraud on the suspended credit card.
Anyway, i've already received the replacement card, but decided not to use it anymore. I really have no idea where my credit card information could be stolen. So by not using the newly issued one, let's see if there will still be any more fraudulent transactions appear in the bill. If it does again, then there's really something seriously wrong with that bank's security system.
