Really, one of the main success factors on any IT project implementation is the management and business users. The difficulties faced in TW project were all due to human factors. The comparative smooth implementation in SG was also because of human factor.
Even though no major issues were encountered, it was still a busy week for me. I knocked off from work rather late everyday and had gone to bed after 12am every night.
Two support guys from KL came to SG for the go-live too, and we went to Geylang one evening for dinner. We went to a seafood restaurant and ordered almost all spicy food. Then on Friday, i had KFC for dinner.
So, being sleep deprived coupled with heaty food spells disaster. I had fever yesterday. I didn't know i was sick until late evening. For the whole of yesterday, i just felt tired and hot. I thought it was because of the hot weather. Then in the evening before dinner, 贝 checked my temperature and noticed that i was having fever. I had two Panadols and was all well before bedtime.
However, 贝 was sick himself too. He caught a cold in Labuan and hasn't fully recovered yet. Hope he will get well soon.
