贝 got acquainted with her in Australia when he was studying there. They haven't met for a few years already. So aside from meeting up with old friend, the main purpose was still to pick up something that he asked her to buy from Hong Kong for me.
Uh huh, it's Jing Jing, one of the mascots of Beijing Olympics 2008. Panda is one of my favourite animals, probably because i look like one myself. So i must have this in my collection of cute yet useless plush toys.
Unfortunately, the picture above was taken from the Internet. What i got in the end was rather different, even though 贝 had specifically asked her to buy this particular one (he even gave her the model number).
贝's friend decided that instead of buying a big one, she might as well get all five small ones for me.
Uh huh, these are for hanging in the car. Hmm, not exactly what i've had in mind, but still, i shouldn't complain since she has brought it all the way from Hong Kong.
Furthermore, they speak too.
And... i'm speechless.
