So in total i slept for about 6 hours. I think i am more or less used to having lesser sleep now. Although my plan is to sleep for 8 hours everyday so that i can stay awake during night shift, my body just doesn't need that many hours of sleep anymore. On one hand, it seems to be a good sign, as it means that i have more waking hours to do things insted of spending on sleeping; on the other hand, it may not bee good for my health.
I didn't finish the porridge that big boss da bao for me last night. I ate half of it and then put the remaining into the fridge. I will heat it up later and take it as lunch (SG time) / supper (US time). Hope it won't upset my stomach.
