Too sweet

I think i'm gonna throw up... after having this for dinner:

Uh huh, two doughnuts and one banana, that's way too much sugar content for an evening.

Sometimes, gorging on happy food may actually make you unhappy... when the after-effect sets in.



this is not a good food blog to read. i believe with same amount of price, or even lesser, there would be even better food to bite in kl.

remember to stuff at least rm 50 in your wallet when you touch down in senai airport to take a cab home. and good luck in searching for (good and even better) replacement of your subordinate :).

According to Joy Bauer, the health expert for nutrition, there are a few guidelines,
1. Diet which is rich in soluble fibre
2. Food rich in nutrients that researchers have found to be mood lifting such as omega 3 fats, folic acid, B12 and Vitamin D -
The following are my Top Ten Happy Foods
1. Wild salmon (rich in omega 3 fats and vitamin D)
2. Spinach - (rich in folic acid and soluble fiber)
3. Skim milk - (rich in Vitamin D and B12)
4. Ground flaxseeds (rich soluble fiber, omega 3 fats and folic acid)
5. Blackberries (rich in soluble fiber and folic acid)
6. Omega 3 fortified eggs - (rich in omega 3 fats, Vitamin D and B12)
7. Sardines ( rich in omega 3 fats and Vitamin D)
8. Soybeans - (rich in soluble fiber, folic acid and omega 3 fats)
9. Beans (rich in soluble fiber and folic acid)
10. Brussels sprouts (soluble fiber and folic acid)
Plus an extra for good luck!
11. Sunflower seeds - (rich in soluble fiber and folic acid)


to achieve healthy diet, every meals must consist of 7 well balanced elements: protein, carbohydrate, fat, vitamins, minerals, fibre, and water...this is the minimum requirement...

ym, your happy food list does not look happy to me at all... normally happy food is unhealthy food, such as doughnuts and potato chips. :P

when you sick, you will be very unhappy >.<
