- Rained heavily in the morning and my light-coloured pants were splattered with rain drops even though i was only walking a short distance from the car park to the office building.
- Forgot about the pie that my friend Ting bought for me yesterday and left it in the kitchen without refrigerating it. Didn't eat it in the end as we were not sure if it was still good.
- Had late breakfast and subsequently late lunch because of the never-ending IT infrastructure issues.
- Photocopier vendor refused to supply toners again due to outstanding bills. Had to nag at the consultants again to resolve the problem.
- Discovered the virus scan software in the company hadn't been retrieving the latest virus definition file. Called tech support and realized that an upgrade of the software was needed.
- Searched through the online recruitment sites and didn't find any jobs that i wanted/could apply for.
- 贝 received the increment and bonus letters from his boss today. His increment was pathetic, but the company gave out a special bonus of one-month pay to all employees.
- Practiced golf swings after work at the driving range of Arena Club in Singapore.
- Had a light dinner so that later i could eat the junk food that we've been hiding from mom.
- Wondered why Media Corp is casting all those actresses who don't know how to act in their drama series. Wondered even more why mom could actually watch the show at all.
