Have been having sleeping problem for a long time already. Am sleeping lesser and lesser hours nowadays. I do feel my energy level is very low, yet i simply can't sleep well.
All i hope for now is just a good night sleep, without any bad dreams or waking up in the middle of the night.
I know sleeping pill may help. Alcohol too. But then, i want to do it by myself, not by relying on some form of medication or addictive beverages.
I want to sleep. I need it, so much.
