The lack of sleep not only drains the energy out of me, it's also causing breakout on my skin.
Even though i do not have perfect complexion, my skin isn't really acne-prone either. I used to get pimples only during PMS period, and that is normal for most women due to hormone.
Yet, for the past few months, i'm having problems with my skin, with zits not only on my face but also on my back too.
I attribute this to sleeping late, not having a balanced diet, and being overly troubled and pressurised.
Ok, since i've already lost the love of my life, i should at least keep myself looking good. That is one of the ways to make myself feel good -- to look into the mirror and see a pretty woman rather than one with a blemished face.
