I must post this up no matter what, because today is the day with six 1's in the date. This day only happens once in a lifetime.
This early morning i heard on the radio that there were a lot of couples getting married today. They chose this day because they liked the date with all the 1's, for it symbolises "one heart" (一心一意).
I found it amusing really. No matter how auspicious the day is, it has absolutely no bearing on the marriage or the relationship.
Love is fugacious; so is life. It takes great effort to make the former lasting, but there is nothing we can do to beat the transience nature of the latter, no matter how hard we try.
Nonetheless, on a day like this that only happens every 100 years, may every loving couples who made their vows today keep their promises and lead a blissful life.
